Used, Up for sale is a BEAUTIFUL 2004 Volkswagen Passat GLS Wagon with lightweight factory Volkswagen alloy wheels. The car has never been smoked in and always been cared for to the outmost degree. It has been garage kept and driven regularly. The exterior is extra nice and shiny NO RUST. NO ACCIDENTS. The interior is extra clean. Leather is well cared for and conditioned to prevent cracking leaving it plump and comfortable to touch, not to mention it’s really easy to clean which is essential especially if you have kids. Speaking of kids, this car is a GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO A MINIVAN! Here’s why: Incredible spacious hatch (trunk) area with rear seats that fold totally flat creates a remarkable amount of space. In fact, two adults up to six feet can comfortably stretch in the back! It is also a great alternative to a pickup truck as you can move things like long pieces of wood and large boxes that would never fit into a sedan or even some SUVs. Please see pictures. A few creature comforts that do NOT come standard on most vehicles of that time period: Factory fog lights - a wonderful addition for those fogy mornings through the mountains. Heated seats - priceless for getting back home after freezing your butt off on a ski hill. Sunroof - for those gorgeous summer days. Remote entry - open all or just driver’s door with a push of a button, lock all doors and arm the factory alarm system. WE HAVE ALL KEYS (2). I really do not think that I would exaggerate if I were to say that it DRIVES AND FEELS LIKE A NEW CAR! (except for the "new car smell"). The car had never caused us any issues and has always been serviced as required. From 2006 on, this car has been on AMSOIL through and through. Amsoil is the INVENTOR OF SYNTHETIC OIL. Without getting further into it, 18 years of using Amsoil on all of my cars and trucks with nothing short of amazing results have convinced me about it’s superiority. Cooling system has been flushed. At the same time, an upgraded METAL IMPELLER WATER PUMP has been installed in November of 2011. Did you know that Volkswagen used a plastic impeller in their water pumps which were bound to fail!? The TIMING BELT was also replaced in November of 2011. All spark plug coils were replaced because I demanded Volkswagen to change them so they hesitantly did. Another fun fact, did you know that Volkswagen recommends to never change the transmission oil!? Well I thought that was rubbish so we did a COMPLETE TRANSMISSION FLUSH with AMSOIL in 2011. The fluid that came out of it was dirty and it definitely needed changing. Recent upgrade is a set of brand new HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKES from Brembo from Italy (not the cheaply made Chinese brake parts that are flooding the market right now). INCLUDED are a set of WINTER TIRES with rims (around $600 value) This is especially necessary in Quebec as it’s required by law. Tires have been used for two seasons and look very close to new. I have done a lot or research and frankly I do not know what price to ask simply because I cannot find a similar car that is as clean, obsessively maintained , and is as good of a shape as this one with all of the MAJOR maintenance items HAD BEEN DONE! If you are looking for a car that looks, feels and drives close to new new - this is it!. I have priced it for a moderate $2,777 to find serious people who are looking for a car that will be a breathe to own for years to come. No tire kickers and low-price "wreck" seekers please.
