Built in the Kansas City factory on November 27,1968 with a 428 Cobra Jet and automatic C6 Cruise-o-Matic transmission, this Ranchero also had an optional 3.91 Traction Lok differential making it the upgraded 428 Super Cobra Jet. Delivered by Dealer#52G514 on December 11, 1968.(Larry Slack Ford Mercury Inc of Boise,TX) This motorcar was the recipient of a ground up restoration in 2005, and driven only 528 miles since completion. OEM factory parts were used wherever possible and obtained through Dearborn Classics. Retaining it’s Original “born with” matching-numbers engine and transmission. The 428 Super Cobra Jet (SCJ) specification, features four-bolt mains, high-compression forged aluminum pistons, a solid lifter camshaft, adjustable rockers, 780cfm Holley four-barrel carburetor and external oil cooler. This 1969 Ranchero GT 428-4V presents a dream list of options and equipment for any Ford enthusiast. Beautifully finished in its original Wimbledon White paint color, with Light Nugget Gold Vinyl interior. It is equipped with the trademark Cobra Jet Ram Air hood scoop, power steering, power brakes with front discs and Firestone Wide Oval tires with raised white letters on Magnum 500 wheels. A tach and factory-correct center console complete the interior. This very rare Ford is a true “One of One” as authenticated with an Elite Marti Auto Works report.
